Take your time to reflect on the questions or topics you would like to discuss with your animal during this first contact.

There is room for five questions. Think, for example, about behavior, emotions, changes, connection, or things you would like to gain more insight into. I prefer to work with as little prior information as possible, so that your animal can tell me what is important to him or her. If you want to know something specific, I do need a concrete question or situation in order to have a focused conversation with your animal about it.
